The Company proposes to offer an investment opportunity with a return of 12% (Twelve percent) per annum on the principal amount for a period of 10 (Ten) years. The repayment of the principal investment amount shall be secured by a Bank Guarantee.
Interest shall be payable at the end of every 3 (Three) years and interest for the remaining 1 (One) year shall be payable upon completion of the 10 (Ten) year term.
The interest amount shall be paid through 4 (Four) post-dated notarized promissory notes or post-dated cheques issued in favor of the investor, along with a letter of acknowledgement.
A notarized investment agreement shall be executed between the investor and Reign Infrastructure.
Reign Infrastructure shall undertake all its future real estate projects through its sister concern, Reignicon Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
Reignicon Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. will construct and develop real estate projects in Gujarat. It is introducing a unique scheme for the first time in India, wherein the entire amount paid for the property purchase will be returned to the property purchasers through a bank guarantee at the end of 10 years, along with permanent possession of the purchased property.
Reign Infrastructure further intends to undertake investments in solar, green energy, and bio-energy projects, along with investments in the IT and education sectors in the State of Gujarat, through its sister concern, Reignicon Infrastructure Private Limited.
In the event the investor desires to arrange a personal meeting with Reign Infrastructure, the same may be scheduled at its office in Vadodara, Gujarat, with prior appointment. Alternatively, all matters may be discussed and negotiated telephonically.
