Reign Infrastructure, a real estate investment and infrastructure development company based in Vadodara, Gujarat, is intend to offering an investment opportunity with a return of 9% - 12% per annum on the principal amount for a period of ten (10) years.
The repayment of the principal investment amount shall be secured by a bank guarantee. Interest shall be payable every three (3) years and interest for the remaining one (1) year shall be paid upon completion of the ten (10) years term. The interest amount shall be paid through four (4) post-dated cheques, which shall be insured by insurance institutions in India.
A notarized agreement shall be executed between the investor and Reign Infrastructure.
Reign Infrastructure shall undertake all its future real estate projects through its sister concern, Reignicon Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
Reignicon Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. will construct and develop real estate projects in Gujarat. It is introducing a unique scheme for the first time in India, wherein the entire amount paid for the property purchase will be returned to the property purchasers through a bank guarantee at the end of 10 years, along with permanent possession of the purchased property.
In the event the investor desires to arrange a personal meeting with Reign Infrastructure, the same may be scheduled at its office in Vadodara, Gujarat, with prior appointment. Alternatively, all matters may be discussed and negotiated telephonically.
